We seek a Data Entry clerk to perform daily data entry/inventory tasks for multiple assignments

The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ experience with Data Entry and has great organization skills.

About the Role:

  • Accurately entering data into MS Excel or other software
  • Maintaining and updating inventory records
  • Preparing and organizing paperwork
  • Updating Excel records

This is not a comprehensive list of duties and not all responsibilities will apply to each assignment.

Job Requirements

About the Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience with data entry (MUST)
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Excel and MS Word (MUST)
  • High School Diploma (MUST)
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate work to meet deadlines (MUST)
  • Personality, Characteristics and Skills: friendly, professional, honest, reliable, excellent interpersonal communication, advanced written and oral communication, able to multi-task, independent worker, highly organized, efficient, team player, meticulous, detail oriented, positive “can-do” attitude, problem solver
