We are seeking a Customer Care Associate for an established international skincare company located in Burbank. We are looking for energetic, positive, and professional candidates to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire position.

About the role:

  • Be the voice of the company & provide exceptional customer service with positive energy, integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of our firm.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support outside Sales team as directed by Management
  • Educate customer base on current offers, products, promotions
  • Actively promote product sales by educating customers on products, promotions, incentives
  • Participate in projects and all other duties assigned by management


Job Requirements

About the candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Sales & Customer Service experience in the Cosmetics, Skincare, Spa/Salon or related field (MUST)
  • Excellent computer skills (MUST)
  • First class phone etiquette (MUST)
  • Strong technical skills (MUST)
  • Desired skills and personality traits: Friendly, upbeat personality with positive energy, Behavior that promotes the company culture by working with the highest integrity and honesty, Ability to make strong connections with any type of personality and enjoy people interaction, Excellent multitasking abilities, Exceptional follow-up & problem-solving skills, Willing to learn new concepts and explore out of the box ideas, Ability to demonstrate superior judgment, Proven ability to meet goals and objectives, Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
