Job Description

We seek sharp a Receptionist for our client located in Los Angeles.

The receptionist provides administrative support for various team members in addition to managing the visitor and call distribution.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years’ experience as a receptionist, brings a friendly and customer service-oriented disposition and has experience with multiple phone lines.

About the role:

  • Answer multiple phone lines
  • Direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel and departments
  • Answer inquiries via walk ins and incoming calls
  • Input data
  • Make charts
  • Work with spreadsheets on Excel
  • Calendar management
  • Send out updates for clients
  • Scan updates and documents
  • Order office supplies
  • Clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Due to COVID-19, you will be required to take temperatures of customers and enforcing the new policies in the front office including social distancing, wearing masks, etc.

Job Requirements

About the candidate:

  • High School diploma (MUST) Bachelor’s degree (PLUS)
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Front Desk Administrator/Receptionist (MUST)
  • Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Working knowledge of Pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
  • Desired personality traits and skills: Polished and professional demeanor, warm and friendly approach to customers and a team player
