A Glendale based construction company needs an Office Administrator/Manager to join their team! This is a temp-to-hire position and a great opportunity to join this thriving and fast paced industry!

The Office Administrator/Manager will oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ managing an office setting specializing in the construction industry.

About the role:

  • Coordinate administrative activities
  • Ensure insurance certificates and all documentation are up-to -date before all subcontractors begin working
  • Review contracts and ensure each section is complete
  • Maintain records
  • Input billing information into QuickBooks
  • Assist with scheduling of events and meetings
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements

About the candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in an office (MUST)
  • 1+ years’ experience in the construction industry (PLUS)
  • QuickBooks experience (MUST)
  • Advanced computing skills (MUST)
  • Personality and skills: ability to think and work independently, customer service oriented, professional attitude and appearance, excellent interpersonal communication skills, self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic, can do attitude, time management, excellent organizational skills, team oriented.
