Job Description

A well-known hospital in Los Angeles is looking for a strong Human Resources Coordinator with experience and a good work ethic.

The Human Resources Coordinator assists with HR documentation, compliance and organization. Daily tasks relate to employee relations, training, benefits and performance management. They effectively communicate important information to all parties with a high standard of confidentiality and administers plans in accordance with federal and state regulations.

This role requires excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, as well as a thorough knowledge of Human Resources and laws so ideal candidates bring at least three years of human resources experience including excellent communication skills.

  • Communicate application status
  • Assist with candidate management
  • Attend meetings and complete tasks
  • Assist HR Department additional functions as necessary


Job Requirements

About the candidate:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources (MUST)
  • Intermediate computer/software skills: Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint (MUST)
  • Desired Personality Traits and Advanced Skills: ability to write clearly and concisely, excellent grammar, strong interpersonal communication, ability to anticipate needs and problems, analyze and prioritize issues, attention to detail, organized, conflict/problem resolution, effective written and verbal communication, unwavering integrity, confidentiality, discretion
