We are seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative!!

The Customer Service Representative’s primary goal will be to help provide assistance and understanding with questions. You will fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ experience in a customer service role. They will thrive in a business casual environment.

About the role:

  • Answer multiple incoming calls from customers
  • Assist in the enrollment process
  • Answer any provider questions
  • Able to take 20+ calls per day
  • Reply to emails, tickets and/or chats
  • Provide information to customers
  • Take messages and redirect calls
  • Participate in team and staff meetings
  • Copy, scan and print documents
  • Special projects as requested

Job Requirements

About the candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree (PLUS)
  • 1+ years in a customer service role (MUST)
  • 1+ years in a call center environment (PLUS)
  • Personality and characteristics: attention to detail, typing, fast learner, excellent reading and comprehension, communication, punctual, ability to recognize and solve issues, planning, organization, and ability to work independently, professionalism, courteous
