The maintenance technician is responsible for the daily repair and the upkeep of the property. Technicians are also responsible for the preparation of vacant units of occupancy.
Must be experienced and have the capabilities to perform routine maintenance:
- Appliances
- Electric
- Plumbing
- Drywall
- Paint
Job Requirements
- Previous property maintenance and/or renovation experience is preferred.
- Pool and HVAC certifications are a plus.
