We seek sharp Administrative Assistants for multiple assignments.

This role assists with day-to-day administrative support activities. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing corporate administrative support in a fast paced environment. They are used to working with HIGHLY confidential information and have great organizational skills.

About the Role:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make copies, scan & fax
  • Take memos
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Answer phones
  • Update spreadsheets
  • Respond to phone & email inquiries
  • Prepare Power Point presentations
  • Maintain paper files and binders
  • Maintain digital database
  • Coordinate conference rooms including catering
  • Provide cross-departmental support
  • Expense reporting
  • Documentation
  • Act as backup to other administrative assistants, as needed
  • Special projects, as assigned

Job Requirements

About the Candidate:

  • BA+ degree (PLUS)
  • 1+ years’ experience (MUST)
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Power Point (MUST)
  • Personality, Characteristics and Skills: friendly, professional, honest, reliable, excellent interpersonal communication, advanced written and oral communication, able to multi-task, independent worker, highly organized, efficient, team player, meticulous, detail oriented, positive “can-do” attitude, problem solver
